The Level 3
Certificate in Understanding Residential Property Letting and Management
qualification has been developed to enable those working in lettings
negotiation, property management, marketing or junior management in a
residential lettings environment to take a qualification which recognises the
knowledge and understanding required within this sector and associated job
roles.
Through the
PropQual learning platform, you will follow video learning, read exclusive
training material, take short module quizzes and write answers to questions and case study topics. This guided learning aims to prepare you for taking the
formal assessments of the nationally recognised qualification.
The different learning units and modules are designed to cover all knowledge
and understanding based on the requirements of your job role, including the
ethical implications of residential property letting.
On
successful completion of the qualification learners can apply for:

Residential Letting Agents
- Associate membership of the Guild of
Letting and Management
- RICS assessment of professional
competence
